Ladies Fitness Boot Camp

Enlist now and Be all YOU can Be!! Our fitness boot camp is designed for all body types, fitness levels and age groups. This 1 hour outdoor exercise adventure will have you and your friends running or walking in the fresh air to burn calories and using light weights for toning all of those tough areas. You will be performing specific aerobic drills to strengthen core abdominals, firm your arms and tighten your legs and butt!! So get motivated, grab a buddy and get ready to challenge yourself to a new, healthier YOU!!!
