Sports Equipment Exchange

The Equipment Exchange gives families an easy way to pass along sports gear their kids have outgrown while earning credits to use at the March 14 event. Your donations help other athletes, reduce waste, and keep our community’s sports programs accessible to everyone.

How it Works

Step 1: Drop-off Your Sports Equipment

All sports equipment is welcome! Please drop off your items at the Pine-Richland Youth Center between 6:00–8:00 p.m. on the dates listed below:

• Friday, February 13
• Friday, February 20
• Friday, February 27
• Friday, March 6

Step 2: Equipment Evaluation and Vouchers

• Equipment will be categorized into tiers based on the type of equipment and assigned a price based on condition
• For more information on the tiers and pricing, click here – please note that your tier will dictate the time that you can enter the event
• Donors receive a voucher reflecting their credit amount
• Vouchers will be used at the March 14 event
• Additionally, anyone that donates an item will receive a $5 coupon to redeem at Play it Again Sports – Cranberry

Step 3: Attend the Equipment Exchange on March 14

• Teir 1 shoppers may shop exclusively between 9 a.m. – 10 a.m.
• All other shoppers may shop at 10 a.m.
• Credits are deducted dollar-for-dollar. If needed, participants may pay any remaining balance with cash or Venmo.
• If you are unable to find equipment on the day of the event, you may redeem your credits for a 10% off coupon at Play it Again Sports
